We build commercial buildings for investors and developers across Utah — flex space, retail bays, warehouses, office build-outs, and multi-building campuses. Most of it is ground-up. Some of it is buying a tired building and turning it into something tenants actually want to lease.
However the deal is structured, the work runs the same way: a project manager and superintendent who own the build, weekly progress updates, and an estimate that breaks the job down line by line so you can see where the money is going before it goes anywhere. Whether you're financing the project on a pro forma or building to sell, we'll work in the language of the deal.
