Land development

Land development is the part of the project that turns a parcel into something a vertical contractor can start on. We handle site grading, utility tie-ins (water, sewer, storm, power, gas, fiber), road work, drainage, and the entitlement legwork that goes with all of it — coordinating with the city engineer, planning department, and your civil team as we go.

If you're still sizing up land, we can help you pencil out what's actually buildable on the parcel before you close — what the slope, soils, utility distance, and zoning will let you do. It's the kind of work that saves a lot of regret later. Our land work spans the Wasatch Back and Salt Lake Valley, and it usually leads straight into the vertical phase of the same project.
