We build townhomes, apartments, condos, and mixed-use buildings throughout Utah. Mountain View Commons is one we're proud of — retail and flex bays on the ground floor with offices and residential above, all on one site. Most of our multifamily work sits somewhere in that range: ground-up, multi-phase, and tied tightly to a development pro forma.
What that means in practice: we work with the ownership group, civil engineer, and architect on density, unit mix, parking ratios, and utility tie-ins before drawings are final. We can preconstruct to a pro forma and offer open-book or fixed-price contracting depending on what works for the equity and lender. And when something looks off — a unit count that won't park, a utility run that's going to blow the budget — we flag it early instead of at the close-out meeting.
