Custom homes in Utah,
built the right way

Ground-up homes on hillsides, ranches, and infill lots — with the project-management discipline of our commercial work.

How a custom home with us actually works

The honest version: building a custom home is part design, part logistics, part decisions you didn't know you'd have to make. Our job is to keep all three on the rails. We sit down with you and your architect early — before drawings are final — so we can flag what's going to drive cost, what's going to drive schedule, and what won't. If you don't have an architect yet, we can point you to a few we trust.

From there it's the work itself: site prep, foundation, framing, mechanical, finishes. You hear from your project manager every week. The same superintendent runs the job from groundbreaking through walk-through. When something shifts — a backordered material, an inspector's call, weather — you hear about it the day it happens, not at the end of the month. The homes we build sit on Utah hillsides, in mountain communities, and on infill lots in town, and the process is the same on all of them.
